• Review a PESTLE (political, economic, social, technological, legal, environmental) analysis of the specific emerging trends relevant to charities, and anticipate the impact on the communities you serve
• Analyse and anticipate the future needs of your communities and service users and examine your assumptions about the purpose and priority of your programmes in the post-pandemic future
• Unearth unforeseen risks and overlooked opportunities for your organisation (that can hide in plain sight until we take a fresh approach to examining them)
• Generate insights to inspire greater confidence and clarity about the way forward
• AND build a Recovery Roadmap for impact, relevance and resilience in the new normal
